Snappy Cheesy Mushroom Snack
You will need:
- Small non-stick skillet
- Oven mitt
- Plastic heatproof lifter or rubber spatula
- Small serving plate
So easy and so tasty!

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:

pre-sliced fresh Mushroom slices |

ground pepper to taste |

garlic or onion powder to taste (optional) |

cheddar cheese slice |

slice whole wheat toast (optional) |

How To Make it:
- Place mushrooms in skillet and place skillet on small burner. Turn burner on to medium heat. Sprinkle with pepper and seasonings if desired. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Turn slices over with lifter and place cheese slice over the mushrooms. Continue to cook 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Turn off burner and with oven mitt remove skillet from stove and using lifter or spatula slide mushrooms onto toast or serving plate.
